BMS stands for Battery Management System. It is a device to monitor the status of the energy storage battery, mainly to  manage and maintain each battery unit in an intelligent way, prevent the battery from overcharging and overdischarging, extend the service life of the battery, and monitor the status of the battery. Generally, BMS is existed as a circuit board, or a hardware box.
